How does Valetly work?
You enter your address, pick a package and a slot, and pay in the app. A vetted independent valet accepts the job, comes to where the car is parked, and uploads before-and-after photos to your booking when the work is done.
Do you cover my area in London?
We cover most of central, west, north-west and south-west London, plus parts of the M25 belt. Each area we serve has its own page with fixed prices and local parking notes — if yours isn't listed yet, you can join the waitlist.
Is same-day booking available?
Usually yes. Same-day and next-day slots appear at checkout when a local valet is available, and you see the exact arrival time before you confirm.
Do your washers bring their own water and equipment?
Yes. Every valet arrives fully self-sufficient with their own equipment, so you don't need to provide anything. Just tell us where the car is parked and leave the rest to them.
How much does a mobile car wash cost in London?
Fixed prices run from £75 for the Express Shine to £269 for the Concours Detail, based on a medium car. Large cars and SUVs add £15, and add-ons are flat-rate at checkout — nothing is added afterwards.
Are your washers insured and ID-verified?
Yes. Every valet on the platform has photo ID, business documents and references on file, and carries at least £1m of public liability insurance.
Do I need to be present while my car is cleaned?
No. Many customers leave the keys with a concierge or simply leave the car accessible. You receive the before-and-after photos and can follow the job live in the app.
What's the difference between a car wash and a mobile valet?
A wash brings the exterior back to clean — bodywork, wheels and glass. A valet goes further and covers the cabin too: vacuum, plastics, glass and finishing, which is why it takes longer and costs more.
