How a Valetly business contract works
Built for operations teams, not for marketing teams
Valetly's business plans are deliberately operational. We don't sell a flashy dashboard or per-car loyalty cards. We sell a recurring eco car wash with documented quality, single-line billing and a person who picks up the phone. Everything below is what we actually do on every active contract — no extra modules, no add-ons hidden behind a quote.
Recurring slots locked in
We agree a weekly or fortnightly schedule per site. Each vehicle or bay gets a fixed time window, so drivers, porters and reception know exactly when the valet arrives.
Photo audit on every car
The valet uploads before-and-after photos for each vehicle, geo-stamped to the site. You get a per-job report and a monthly roll-up — useful for end-of-lease, depot audits and compliance.
Consolidated monthly invoice
One PDF invoice per month, broken down by vehicle, site and cost centre. VAT-receipted, paid by card or BACS — no per-driver expense claims, no cash reimbursements.
One named account manager
A single point of contact for scheduling changes, holiday cover, new vehicles and ad-hoc requests. Replies during London business hours, escalates to ops out of hours.
Three real shapes of contract
Three use cases we already run
Examples of contract shapes Valetly delivers today across London. We're happy to describe a plan over a 20-minute call before you commit to anything.
PHV fleet of 40 cars
Two evening slots a week at a Stratford depot. Each car gets a Mini Valet between shifts, swapped for a Full Valet once a month. Drivers don't lose earning time; the operator gets a per-car photo trail for passenger complaints.
Residential building — 120 bays
Concierge schedules washes for residents directly from a shared calendar. Residents can either pay individually at the published Valetly price or have the cost added to their monthly service charge. No cash, no clipboards.
Office car park — 18-strong team
An eco wash bay set up every Thursday between 10am and 4pm in the underground car park. Staff book through a private link in their HR portal; the company pays a flat monthly retainer covering up to 60 washes.
