3. Where and when — enter the address where the car is parked and pick a date and time slot.
4. Book — you see the full price before confirming; payment is taken through the app.
5. Your valet arrives — a vetted local valet accepts the job and travels to the address.
6. Follow it live — once the valet is on the way you can track progress in the app, message them directly, and receive photos of the finished car.

Most bookings happen at home: a driveway, a residential bay, an allocated space or a permit street. Others happen at work, where the car sits still all day anyway — an office car park is often the easiest place of all for a valet to work, because nobody needs to move the vehicle.

What the valet needs is straightforward: the car must be legally and safely accessible, with enough room to walk around it, and it must be parked somewhere the valet is allowed to be. For private car parks, gated developments and underground bays, please check that on-site cleaning is permitted and leave any access instructions in the booking notes — barrier codes, level numbers or a concierge name all help.

If the car cannot be reached at the time of the appointment, the valet cannot start, so it is worth confirming access before you book. Employers and building managers arranging repeat visits can use the office and workplace or residential pages.
