Full Car Valet London
A full valet is the appointment you book when the car needs everything doing at once. Rather than choosing between the outside and the cabin, the valet works through both in a single visit, finishing the paintwork and glass and then resetting the interior from the footwells up.
On Valetly the full valet is The Showroom Valet. It is a 150-minute appointment and it is the option most drivers pick when the car has not been properly cleaned for a while, when it is about to be sold or handed back, or when a seasonal deep clean is overdue.
What is included
The Showroom Valet covers:
- exterior wash across the bodywork
- wheels and arches cleaned
- door shuts wiped
- interior vacuum throughout
- dashboard, console and plastics dressed

That published list is exactly what the valet works to, so there is no ambiguity about what you have paid for. If the car needs something beyond it, extras can be added at booking or requested from the valet during the appointment.
Duration and vehicle size
The appointment is scheduled at 150 minutes. Vehicle size does not change what is included, but it does change the price: small cars, medium cars, large SUVs, vans and luxury vehicles each have their own band, and the band you select is priced before you pay.
Larger vehicles also give the valet more surface to cover, so allow the full slot rather than planning to drive away halfway through.

Booking a full valet
Pick the vehicle, choose The Showroom Valet, enter the address where the car is parked and select a slot. Payment is taken in the app once you confirm.
A vetted local valet then accepts the job, travels to the address and works through the package. You can follow the status live, message the valet and receive photos when the car is finished.
Free cancellation applies up to 1 hour before the appointment.
Access, parking, water and power
Because a full valet is a long appointment, access matters more than for a quick exterior job. The car should be parked where it can stay for the whole slot, with space to open doors and walk around it.
Underground and gated car parks are fine where on-site cleaning is allowed — leave access details in the booking notes.
Exterior work is carried out where the car is parked, which is why it suits London bays and car parks. Requirements can vary by valet and by service, so if there is no tap or socket at your address, say so in the notes and the valet will confirm before travelling.

The Showroom Valet is scheduled at 150 minutes. Plan for the car to stay parked for the whole slot rather than expecting to leave partway through.
Does a full valet include the wheels and door shuts?
Yes. Wheels and arches are cleaned and door shuts are wiped as part of the published package, alongside the exterior wash, interior vacuum, plastics and glass.
Does the price change for a larger car?
The contents stay the same, but pricing is banded by vehicle size — small, medium, large SUV, van and luxury. Your band is applied before payment so you see the final figure up front.
Can a full valet be done in an underground car park?
Yes, where the building allows on-site cleaning and the valet can safely access and walk around the vehicle. Add the barrier code, level and any concierge details to your booking notes.
Do I need to be with the car during a full valet?
No, as long as the valet can reach the vehicle and get inside it at the agreed time. You can follow progress and message the valet in the app, and photos are sent when the job is complete.
What is the difference between the full valet and the Concours Detail?
The Concours Detail is a longer 210-minute appointment with detailed exterior work, deeper interior cleaning, polished glass and detailed wheels and arches. The Showroom Valet is the complete inside-and-out clean; the Concours Detail goes further again.
