Valetly is a London mobile car wash service built around two ideas: fixed prices you can trust, and convenience that actually fits a London week. We do one thing and we do it well — an at-home eco car wash on your driveway, in your parking bay, or at your office car park.
Every job ends with before-and-after photos sent to your phone. If a finished area on your car doesn't match the photo standard for the package you booked, our re-clean promise kicks in and we come back to put it right within 48 hours.

Why we built Valetly
Valetly started with a simple London frustration: between residents' parking and the time it takes to get to a hand car wash on the North Circular, keeping a car clean in zone 1–3 had become genuinely hard. The hand car wash market also has a documented record of cash-in-hand labour practices we didn't want to be part of. So we built a fixed-price, photo-documented, ID-checked alternative — one focused at-home service, done well.
Our platform model
Valetly is a platform: the people who clean your car are independent car wash professionals working under our brand, our method and our quality standard. That model lets us cover Greater London without running a single warehouse, and it lets the valets build a proper, declared business — Valetly only books work for valets with photo ID, public liability insurance and books work for valets with photo ID, public liability insurance and completed method training on file. Our people
Every Valetly valet has ID and references on file and is briefed on our checklist before their first job. We accompany new valets on their first three cleans, review photos from every booking, and rotate spot-checks across the team.
