Valetly is a London-based mobile car wash service built around two ideas: fixed prices you can trust, and convenience that actually fits a London week. We offer two services and nothing else — At-Home Wash (waterless, on your driveway or in your parking bay) and Collect & Clean (door-to-door, full-water wash at a licensed facility, with live GPS tracking the whole way).
Every job ends with before-and-after photos sent to your phone. If something isn't right, we come back. That's the whole offer.

Method
GPP-13 compliant
Our At-Home wash uses a biodegradable encapsulation chemistry with under 500ml of water per panel — zero detergent discharge to highway drains.
Vetting
Pro check on every operator
Photo ID, references and a chaperoned trial wash before any car wash pro takes their first solo booking. Drivers add a clean UK licence + DVLA check.
Why we built Valetly
Valetly started with a simple London frustration: between residents' parking, GPP-13 drainage rules and the time it takes to get to a hand-wash on the North Circular, keeping a car clean in zone 1–3 had become genuinely hard. The hand-car-wash market also has a documented record of cash-in-hand labour practices we didn't want to be part of. So we built a fixed-price, photo-documented, ID-checked alternative — with two services and nothing else, so we can do both well.
Our people
Every Valetly operator has ID and references on file and is briefed on our checklist before their first job. We accompany new car wash pros on their first three cleans, review photos from every booking, and rotate spot-checks across the team. Drivers on Collect & Clean must hold a clean UK licence; we run a DVLA check before issuing the first job.
