The short version
- More than 24 hours before your slot — free cancellation, full refund.
- Less than 24 hours — 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 2 hours, or no-show — 100% cancellation fee.
How to cancel
Open your booking and tap "Cancel". You'll see the refund amount before you confirm. Cancellations made through any other channel are best-effort and may incur the fees above.
If we cancel
If we cannot service a booking we'll let you know as soon as possible, release the authorisation and — for next-day slots cancelled by us — issue a £10 goodwill credit.
Satisfaction guarantee
Not happy with the result? Contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a free re-clean of the affected areas. This does not affect your statutory rights.
