Once the programme is live, you'll find a personal referral link in your Valetly account. Send it by message, email or AirDrop to a neighbour or colleague in a covered London area.
They book their first wash
Your friend opens the link, books their first Valetly job, and £10 is automatically taken off their total at checkout — no code to remember, nothing to enter manually.
You get £10 credit
Once their job is completed and paid, £10 lands as credit on your Valetly account. It auto-applies to your next booking. Refer as many people as you like.
The honest small print
Conditions, in plain English
- • Both accounts must be real and distinct. The referred customer can't be a duplicate of your own household billing address. Valetly checks address and payment method to prevent self-referrals.
- • The £10 credit is applied after completion, not at booking. If the referred job is cancelled or refunded, the credit doesn't trigger — for either of you.
- • Credit can't be cashed out. It sits on your Valetly account and applies automatically to your next eligible booking. Credit expires 12 months after it's earned.
- • One £10 credit per new customer. Multiple referrers can't stack £10 each onto the same new booking — only the first valid referral link counts.
- • Not combinable with the launch waitlist discount. If a new customer is already entitled to a waitlist offer, the higher of the two applies, not both.
- • Valetly may pause the programme. If abuse patterns appear, we can withdraw or amend the programme with reasonable notice. Already-earned credit is honoured.
