Our re-clean promise
If the result doesn't match the standard, we come back
Every Valetly package has a fixed photo standard. If a finished area on your car doesn't match that standard, tell us within 48 hours of the wash and a valet will return to re-clean the flagged areas, free of charge.
This is a re-clean commitment, not a money-back guarantee — we only promise what we can actually deliver: getting the job to standard. See how we vet our valets for the quality controls behind it.
