The appointment happens at the address where the car already sits, anywhere we cover in the UK. Nothing is dropped off and the car does not leave your street.

How long a full car wash takes
Between 60 and 210 minutes depending on which appointment you book and how much the cabin needs. The app shows the duration alongside the price before you confirm, so the slot you pick is the slot the valet is booked for.
If the car is unusually dirty, say so in the notes — the valet can advise a longer package rather than run out of time.
Who carries out the work
Valets on the platform are self-employed professionals who clear photo ID, business and insurance checks before they are offered any work, and they hold up to £1m public liability cover.
You see the name and profile of the valet assigned to your booking and can message them about access, gate codes or the state of the car.
What Valetly guarantees is narrow and checkable: who the valet is, that they are insured, that the finished car is photographed, and that anything flagged is re-cleaned free of charge. We do not dictate the method a self-employed professional uses, so we make no claims about products or technique.
