Pricing is published rather than quoted at the till. The shortest exterior appointment starts at £75; the longest appointment on a large vehicle reaches £269, because a seven-seater takes materially longer than a supermini.
If you want something extra once the valet is there, they raise it in the app and you approve the price before they carry on. Every published figure is listed on the UK pricing page.
Who turns up
Valets on the platform are self-employed professionals who clear photo ID, business and insurance checks before they are offered any work, and they hold up to £1m public liability cover.
You see the name and profile of the valet assigned to your booking and can message them about access, gate codes or the state of the car.
