Car Valeting at Home London
Home car valeting means nobody drives anywhere. You enter the address where the car is already parked, choose a slot, and a vetted self-employed valet arrives there with their own equipment.
No queue, no forecourt, no losing an hour of a Saturday.
For London drivers that is usually the whole point. The car sits still outside the house, on the drive or in an allocated bay for most of the day anyway, so that is where the work should happen.
A home car valet also means you can carry on with the day — working, cooking, dealing with children — while the car is cleaned outside.
Where the valet can work at your address
Driveways are the easiest. Allocated bays, residential estates, permit streets and gated developments all work too, as long as the car is parked legally and the valet can walk around it safely.
For underground and private car parks, check that on-site cleaning is allowed by the building and put the practical details in the booking notes. Barrier code, level number, bay number or a concierge name.
If the car cannot be reached at the appointment time the valet cannot start, so it is worth confirming access before you book.

Regular home valeting and repeat visits
Plenty of customers book a home clean on a repeating basis — weekly, fortnightly or monthly — because a car that is cleaned little and often needs far less work each time than one left for six months. Valetly supports recurring bookings from the app, with the same fixed pricing.

Who turns up at your door
Every valet on the platform applies through the same process: account, photo ID, business details and proof of insurance, reviewed before they can be offered work. Only approved valets receive job offers.
Before the appointment you see the valet's name and profile in the app, you can message them directly, and the finished car is documented with photos. If something is not right, flag it and we put it right with the valet.

Can a valet clean my car on a permit street?
Yes, provided the car is parked legally and there is room to walk around it. Permit streets, allocated bays and driveways are all used every day; underground and gated car parks work where the building allows on-site cleaning.
Do I need to be the service during the appointment?
Not for an exterior clean, as long as the valet can reach the car. Interior work needs access to the cabin, so either be there or arrange the keys clearly in the booking notes.
Does the valet need my water or electricity?
Requirements vary by service and by valet. If anything is needed the valet will confirm when they are on their way — and if you know no tap or socket is available at your address, add that to the booking notes so they can plan for it.
Can I book a regular home appointment?
Yes. Recurring weekly, fortnightly or monthly bookings can be set up in the app at the same fixed prices, which keeps each appointment shorter than a one-off catch-up clean.
How late can I cancel a home appointment?
