The valet assigned to your booking is a self-employed professional who has cleared photo ID, business and insurance checks before ever being offered work — insured up to £1m. You see their name and profile before the appointment and can message them in the app about access, gate codes or the car itself.

What we guarantee is deliberately narrow and entirely verifiable: who the valet is, that they are insured, that the finished car is documented with before & after photos, and that if the result is not right we put it right with a re-clean.
