Pricing is published rather than quoted. The shortest exterior appointment starts at £75; the longest appointment on a large vehicle reaches £269.

Vehicle size moves the price because a seven-seater takes materially longer than a supermini, and the app asks for the size band before it shows a figure.

Nothing is added after the fact. If you decide during the appointment that you want an extra — an interior treatment, a second row of seats, a boot that needs more work — the valet raises it in the app and you approve the price before they carry on.

Valets on the platform are self-employed professionals who clear photo ID, business and insurance checks before they are offered any work, and they hold at least £1m public liability cover.

You see the name and profile of the valet assigned to your booking and can message them directly about access, gate codes or the state of the car.

What Valetly guarantees is deliberately narrow and checkable: who the valet is, that they are insured, that the finished car is photographed, and that anything flagged is re-cleaned free of charge. A driveway, an allocated bay, a permit street space, an office car park or a hotel forecourt all work, provided the car is legally parked and the valet has room to walk around it.

Underground car parks are the common exception: many buildings prohibit cleaning below ground and clearances vary, so flag that in the booking notes.

You do not need to be there. Leave the access instructions with the booking, follow the job in the app and check the photos afterwards.
